Rye Pizzas with Ricotta and Potato This recipe was from The Nordic Diet by Trina Hahneman. Theres a lot to be said for Scandinavian cooking with its use of antioxident-full berries, vitamin rich kale and less refined flours, usually spelt and the use of rye. A fish and game heavy meat side gives a lot of good oils and plenty of iron and its slowly becoming recognised as being on par with the Mediterranean diet in terms of health benefits.
